As we head toward Thanksgiving, everyone at Harbour Ridge has to be thankful with the many listing that have sold during the past year. A list of same follows and HR Properties is pleased to once again, to be the leader in sales against all other real estate offices doing business in our community.
As recorded in the Multiple Listing Service, there have been 51 closed transactions in Season 2015, (not including family transfers). Two, (2), of the 51 transactions, include a purchase of the Harbour Ridge Property (now to be handed over to KingGreen.com for some spring cleaning), takeover of a delinquent property which is clearly, not an arm’s length transaction or sale. Kathy, just wondering if anything is happening with our listing at 12459 Harbour Ridge Blvd.at Pond Apple? I see where a 3-bedroom sold at Mile Lake for $117,000.00 and honestly can’t understand how we are not even getting ANY responses or ANY type of offers.
