Dear Friends & Fellow Members,

We are disappointed the Club will not reverse their rental policy decision and restore a member’s “right” as set forth in the “HRYCC By-Laws” to rent their home or condo in Harbour Ridge through a Realtor or Broker that they want to work with.  We currently have a long wait list of renters yet HRR doesn’t seem to have many rentals listed to date and are behind in writing the Leases for those Tenant/Prospects we have submitted to them.  As we must abide by their decision, please rest assured we will continue to do our best to accommodate all former Rental Listings and our Tenant/Buyer prospects.

In the meantime, we are receiving buyer showings from “outside” Realtors who are calling “HR Properties”, Tony, Gwen or me daily and we have been averaging 7-8 showings per week for our Sellers.  This may be our busiest summer yet and we are pleased to have such a great professional relationship with so many Agencies and their Realtors throughout the surrounding area.
