We wish you all the best Holiday Season ever, a very Merry Christmas, a Happy Hanukkah and a bountiful New Year.  However, if you still hear sleigh bells after January 1st, you are in the wrong place.  Florida is the only place to be in the winter season and Harbour Ridge is the best place to be in Florida with our wonderful amenities and welcoming members. 

In our July market update, we wrote: It is with great pleasure and excitement that Kathy Stein, Gwen Deisler and Tony Stein on behalf of HR Properties announce our merger with The Keyes Company. The Keyes Company was started in Miami in 1926.  It is one of the largest independently owned real estate firms in Florida and the nation.  It has 58 offices in Florida and 3,500 agents worldwide. Keyes is ranked as Florida’s #1 real estate firm and the 25th largest nationally. It has many divisions including a title company, mortgage company, insurance company, and a legal division among others.  We have recently heard that some members are confused. The merger does not mean that HR Properties no longer exists, it means that HR Properties now exists within the Keyes Company umbrella. 

HR Properties was started by Tony Stein in 1994, to meet a growing demand in Harbour Ridge for resale of homes and condos located in HRYCC and to offer the membership a choice of Real Estate firms.   Under his direction and with the help of sale associates Kathy Stein and Gwen Deisler, HR Properties  became the market leader in sales and rentals  in Harbour Ridge Yacht & Country Club and continues today to be the major force in promoting and selling real estate in Harbour Ridge.  The Keyes Company, the largest privately owned real estate companies in Florida, approached Tony Stein/HR Properties for  a merger in 2019.  The merger was completed for the best interest of continuing to promote on a higher scale the wonderful real estate and amenities at Harbour Ridge.  We are hopeful that this merger will end the frivolous complaints and threatening legal letters sent by HRYCC management in an effort to drive way all competition and most especially the HR Properties  Team.

What is HR Properties?  It  is Tony Stein, Kathy Stein and Gwen Deisler and it will never cease.  Our website, (click here to preview online), is the ONLY custom real estate website totally dedicated to promoting Harbour Ridge and “our” listings in the community, (click here to see our featured homes) and (click here to see our featured condominiums).  Through an added MLS, IDX feed, all properties for sale in the community may also be viewed on our website, (click here to preview all home listing)  and (click here to preview ALL condominium listings).  However, what you really want is to have your home or condo on  our featured page as those are the listings that receive the benefit of our extensive promotional advertising with 2 of the best search engines, The Private Communities Registry and the Golf Course Home Network while also being listed on Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and other MLS feeder websites.   Our successful advertising efforts have expanded to include all of the benefits that are associated with the KEYES Company.  Why did we do this?  The answer is for our listing sellers.   With outside Realtor participation in our community shrinking, Tony, Gwen and I are reaching out to bring them in.
