Dear Fellow Members and Friends,

It’s great to see so many of our friends and neighbors return to Harbour Ridge.  Cooler weather has arrived with them and for those of us who were here all summer, it is truly welcome even if you see us in sweaters when it is 70 degrees!

We are pleased to report that for the new selling and marketing Harbour Ridge Season, 2019, HR PROPERTIES had the buyer for 4 out of 7 properties sold and promoted 5 out of the 7 sold properties.  We are also pleased to report that currently, there are 4 pending sales and as you will see, HR PROPERTIES has been very busy listing, promoting and selling.   Members listing with and represented by HR PROPERTIES profit.
