Summer is also for recreational activities. Tony and I have had great times with our 2 boys and their families this summer including a stay in Orlando at the Hyatt Grand Cypress Villas which are truly elegant. We highly recommend it and while you are there, do not miss dinner at Christini’s Ristorante and Roy’s – to enjoy treats from Hawaii!
Celebrity In The Making! Every Saturday night, Joe & Gwen Deisler look forward to a report from the race track where their 16 year old Grandson James is racing a Super Late Model at Elko Motor Speedway outside Minneapolis. James is leading in points for the “Rookie of the Year” award. He’s also a straight “A” student who has opted out of his last 2 years of High School and will start college this fall. Great looking car, very capable young man & wonderful sponsors!

Our very own Bob Marier of Greenbriar Village, a songwriter is also an author of a children’s electronic musical story book based on one of his songs, “Mouse in the House.” It’s beautifully illustrated with many songs including a solo by Bob & Val’s grandson Max!
