Currently, there are 48 properties, (homes and condominiums combined), in the community that are for sale.  This is only about 7% of the total number of properties in the community.   A good economy has helped everyone.    HR Properties as the market leader in sales yet again is proud to have been the major contributor to the reduced inventory of our community.

During Season 2017, 43 properties sold.  In Season 2018, 63 properties sold.  This year, thus far, there have been 55 closed transactions and currently, there are 8 pending.  This number does not include “family legacies” where members of the family have decided to keep the family home as their vacation home.

While we expect more properties to come on the market in the fall, as long as nothing strange happens or new policies are enacted to negatively affect sales, Harbour Ridge is  finally coming out of the recession.
