With all the snow and inclement weather throughout the rest of the country this past winter, Team HR Properties, Tony, Gwen and I have had a very busy season: showing, renting, and selling homes and condos at Harbour Ridge. Tip Of The Day! If you have automatic pay for some of your bills, do not assume that all is OK and your bills are being paid. Recently, we heard that Florida Power & Light forgot that they were to automatically deduct payments from a credit card they had on file and after a period of time, cut all electricity to the residence! Fortunately, we had a renter in the home and FP&L’s mistake was discovered before any time had passed and no damage was done. Be sure that while you are not in residence, your home or condo is being checked – need names of qualified vendors, give us a call, we have our own vendor’s list that we will be happy to share with you.
